configs/grinn_chiliboard: update BSP versions

Browse Source 
Switch to:
 * Linux LTS 6.12.6
 * U-Boot 2024.10

Provide hashes for all above components and enable
BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES.
