package/python-filelock: fix CVE-2025-68146

Fixes the following vulnerability:

- CVE-2025-68146

A Time-of-Check-Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition allows local
attackers to corrupt or truncate arbitrary user files through symlink
attacks.
