package/gcc: bump 14.x series to 14.4.0

GCC 14.4 is a bug-fix release from the GCC 14 branch
containing important fixes for regressions and serious bugs in
GCC 14.3 with more than 104 bugs fixed since the previous release.

Removed patches which are included in this release.
