package/x11r7/xapp_xdm: needs libxcrypt

While doing a per-package build the package is failing to
compile with this error (gcc 13.x glibc toochain):

session.o session.c:146:11: fatal error: crypt.h: No such file or
directory   146 | # include <crypt.h>       |           ^~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

Fix this error by providing the needed glibc dependencies.
