Create a new sub-dir including the version name because the legal-info hashes
change between versions for linux and the arm-trusted-firmware. This way, any
time there is a version bump, the new version hashes can be added before the
old version hashes are removed and the legal-info can always be verified.

The following patch is specific to the Xilinx Linux 6.12.10 release, and will
not apply to all Linux 6.12 releases. Starting with the next release based on
Linux 6.12.30, this patch will already be included.
For this reason, it is better to change the directory name to linux_6.12.10,
so that it is clear that it is only to be used with the Xilinx 2025.1 release
based on Linux 6.12.10 and not future Linux 6.12 releases.
So this patch moves:
board/xilinx/linux_6.12/patches/linux/0001-include-uapi-linux-xlnx-ai-engine.h-fix-CONFIG_XILIN.patch
to:
board/xilinx/linux_6.12.10/patches/linux/0001-include-uapi-linux-xlnx-ai-engine.h-fix-CONFIG_XILIN.patch

In addition, the xilinx_v2025.1 linux kernel release tag has a Kconfig leak
of the CONFIG_XILINX_AIE option. This patch adds a patch that is specific to
the Xilinx Linux 6.12.10 release which fixes the problem by moving the changes
implemented by the CONFIG_XILINX_AIE option from the exposed uapi header file
to the Linux internal header file.
The patch has been added to the board/xilinx/linux_6.12/patches directory, so
that it will only be applied when a user specifies they wish to build the
xilinx_v2025.1 release or they use a defconfig that has migrated to this
release.
Since the header file that causes the issue is not yet mainline, this patch
has been "upstreamed" to the Xilinx linux-xlnx repo via the AMD internal jira
process.

There is actually no need to have two hash files for the xilinx-prebuilt
package. As long as the boot/xilinx-prebuilt/xilinx-prebuilt.hash contains
the hash value for the default version as well as any version used by a
xilinx board defconfig, a single hash file is all that is needed.
In the future, when bumping the defconfig files independently of the
xilinx-prebuilt default version, all that has to be done is the following
process.
Patch Series:
1. Add new version hash to boot/xilinx-prebuilt/xilinx-prebuilt.hash.
2. Bump board defconfigs to new version.
3. Bump xilinx-prebuilt default version.
For this reason, this patch merges the two xilinx-prebuilt.hash files and
removes the board/xilinx xilinx-prebuilt.hash file.

When xilinx pre-built was added in a6648ad8da (boot/xilinx-prebuilt:
new boot package), the hash file was initially a board-specific hash
file. However, that hash file, in commit a6648ad8da, really belonged
to the xilinx-prebuilt package, for two reasons: the package needs a
hash file for the version it installs, and no defconfig was using it
at that time. So the hash file was moved out of the boar directory,
and into the package directory when the patch was applied.
When the xilinx-related boards were changed to use xilinx-prebuilt, in
551ba16a0f (configs/zynqmp_*: migrate to xilinx-prebuilt) and 8271323649
(configs/versal_vck190_defconfig: migrate to xilinx-prebuilt), they were
correctly made to use a custom, non-default version. But then, it meant
that those defconfig would no longer have a hash when we would bump the
default version in xilinx-prebuilt.
Re-add the initial board-specific hash file now that it is required.

U-Boot now has separate defconfig files for ZC702 and ZC706 boards.
