Scott Fan 9eeb8108c6 configs/beaglebone: bump Linux to 6.6.58-ti-arm32-r10 and U-Boot to 2025.01 ...

The patch bumps the Linux kernel to version 6.6.58-ti-arm32-r10 and
U-Boot to version 2025.01.

Tested on beaglebone black.
