Thomas Petazzoni 032cf04fe7 support/config-fragments/autobuild: update Buildroot toolchains to 2020.11.2 ...

Most of the toolchains now use gcc 9.x and kernel headers 5.9, instead
of gcc 8.x and kernel headers 5.4.
