Arnout Vandecappelle (Essensium/Mind) d77ff16b11 lua: fix non-shared library build ...

Building without BR2_PACKAGE_LUA_SHARED_LIBRARY failed because of
missing -ldl.  dl is used by lua's dynamic module loading.
