Carlos Santos afdfd626ef package/thttpd: fix systemd startup ...

Create the configuration file as /etc/thttpd.conf, as expected by the
systemd unit file.

This matches other web server packages that install configuration files
at /etc/lighttpd/, /etc/apache2, etc.
