Andreas Ziegler d0dcbfed16 package/mpd: update to version 0.23.13 ...

- Bug fixes in input, archive/zzip, database/simple, decoder,
  output/pipewire, process termination
- determine systemd unit directories via pkg-config
- support libfmt 10
