Ignacy Gawędzki f8e000b186 package/bpftool: enable support for arm/armeb ...

The local copy bpftool uses now compiles fine on both arm and armeb.
Add these archs to BR2_PACKAGE_BPFTOOL_ARCH_SUPPORTS.
