GP-1981 Created font modifiers for referred fonts

Browse Source 
and added property grouping for UIDefault colors and fonts. Also added a
lot of javadocs and unit tests. Also introduced concept of "system"
values so we can map to java LookAndFeel values

GP-1981 added "system" properties
