package/libusb-compat: add option to build/install examples

Browse Source 
The examples are not installed by upstream, and their names conflict
with other packages (lsusb from busybox/usbutils, testlibusb from the
libusb examples), so install them in /usr/libexec/libusb-compat/examples.
