package/freerdp: fix build with CMake >= 4

freerdp upstream is now at 3.x, far far ahead of what we're using in
Buildroot at the moment. So to fix the CMake >= 4 build, we add a very
simple non-upstreamable patch (upstream 3.x has a much higher CMake
minimum version already).
