package/gstreamer1/gst1-plugins-bad: drop bogus select

BR2_PACKAGE_WEBRTC does not exist, and we already select
BR2_PACKAGE_WEBRTC_AUDIO_PROCESSING, which is the package really
needed by the webrtcdsp plugin.
