docs/manual/common-usage.adoc: correct generate-cyclonedx invocation

Commit e09bf9e951 ("docs/manual: add information on CycloneDX")
unfortunately introduced a typo.  The make target is 'make show-info', not
just 'make show'.

Fix that.
