package/nginx: use /run for PIDFile

Fixes:

systemd[1]: /usr/lib/systemd/system/nginx.service:7: PIDFile= references
a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/nginx.pid →
/run/nginx.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
