package/zabbix: update SITE

Zabbix version 7.2 is no longer maintained. The version 7.0 is the LTS
and the stable moved to 7.4 [1]. The source location moved from "stable"
to "oldstable" directory.

This error is present in the autobuilder since the 22nd of May.
