package/dejavu: add missing license information

DEJAVU_LICENSE is primarily BitstreamVera. The license file also
specifies that DejaVu-specific changes and certain math extensions are
in the Public Domain. This matches the licensing logic used by
OpenEmbedded/Yocto.
