The upstream repository was renamed from shadowsocks-libev to shadowsocks-c. GitHub still redirects the old URL, but the README names shadowsocks/shadowsocks-c as the canonical repository. The v3.3.6 tag points to the same commit in the renamed repository, so the tarball and its hash are unchanged.
