Fixes wayland-related build error:
make[4]: *** No rule to make target '/usr/share/waylandpp/protocols/presentation-time.xml',
needed by 'wayland-extra-protocols.hpp'. Stop.
by adding a configure parameter pointing to STAGING_DIR.
The build error was not recorded by the autobuilders and can be
reproduced by this defconfig:

Buildroot is a simple, efficient and easy-to-use tool to generate embedded Linux systems through cross-compilation. The documentation can be found in docs/manual. You can generate a text document with 'make manual-text' and read output/docs/manual/manual.text.
