Fixes the following vulnerabilities:
- CVE-2024-50382:
Botan before 3.6.0, when certain LLVM versions are used, has compiler-
induced secret-dependent control flow in lib/utils/ghash/ghash.cpp in
GHASH in AES-GCM. There is a branch instead of an XOR with carry. This
was observed for Clang in LLVM 15 on RISC-V.

- CVE-2024-50383:
Botan before 3.6.0, when certain GCC versions are used, has a
compiler-induced secret-dependent operation in lib/utils/donna128.h in
donna128 (used in Chacha-Poly1305 and x25519). An addition can be
skipped if a carry is not set. This was observed for GCC 11.3.0 with
-O2 on MIPS, and GCC on x86-i386. (Only 32-bit processors can be
affected.)

Buildroot is a simple, efficient and easy-to-use tool to generate embedded Linux systems through cross-compilation. The documentation can be found in docs/manual. You can generate a text document with 'make manual-text' and read output/docs/manual/manual.text. Online documentation can be found at https://buildroot.org/docs.html To build and use the buildroot stuff, do the following: 1) run 'make menuconfig' 2) select the target architecture and the packages you wish to compile 3) run 'make' 4) wait while it compiles 5) find the kernel, bootloader, root filesystem, etc. in output/images You do not need to be root to build or run buildroot. Have fun! Buildroot comes with a basic configuration for a number of boards. Run 'make list-defconfigs' to view the list of provided configurations.
